This policy explains what information Vitality Optimization ("Vitality", "we", "us") collects when you visit this website, what cookies we use, and how you can control them. It does not cover data collected by the Vitality Util desktop application itself, which runs locally on your PC.

We collect the minimum needed to run the site and support our users:

• Purchases: Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We receive your order confirmation and email address; we never see or store your card details.
• Support & Discord: If you contact us by email or join our Discord server, we see whatever you send us (message content, email address, Discord username).
• Site analytics & ads: If you accept cookies via the banner on this site, Microsoft Clarity and Google AdSense may collect anonymized usage data and set cookies (see Section 3).

3. Cookies & Tracking

We only load analytics and advertising scripts after you accept cookies via the banner shown on this site. If you decline, none of the following load:

• Microsoft Clarity: session analytics (heatmaps, anonymized session replay) that help us understand how the site is used.
• Google AdSense: displays ads and may use cookies for ad personalization. See Google's ad policy and Google Ads Settings to opt out of personalized ads directly with Google.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of third parties to run the site and business:

• Discord: community support (Discord Privacy Policy).
• Microsoft Clarity: site analytics (Microsoft Privacy Statement), loaded only after consent.
• Google AdSense: advertising (Google Privacy Policy), loaded only after consent.

• Opt out of personalized ads directly through Google Ads Settings.
• Request a copy of, or deletion of, the data we hold about you (order confirmations, support correspondence) by emailing us (see Section 7).

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep purchase and support records only as long as needed to provide support and meet accounting obligations. We never store payment card details. Stripe handles that entirely. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
